Various products that are available over the counter should be avoided. Always use the products that suit your type and keep your it clean and simple. One should have ample information about the ingredients in facial products that cause irritation. Avoid synthetic products as much as possible and always invest your money in buying quality organic products for care.
Always cleanse the face well before going to bed to allow unhindered breathing, tone it after cleansing and apply the moisturizer suiting your type. Once a week, exfoliate your face to remove dead cells. Always remove make-up well before you sleep as it can clog the pores, resulting in acne and other related problems.
HOMEMADE TIPS FOR BEAUTIFUL FACE
1. Mix 1 tablespoon of chick flour with yoghurt and apply on your face, you will feel a new glow. This is very good for oily type faces.
2. Mix an egg white with little honey and lemon and apply to face. Keep this mask on till it starts drying, then wash. For oily one use egg yolk instead of whites.
3. Soak 2 almonds in little milk overnight and then remove the almond skin and make a paste with the milk they were soaked in, apply this mask to face and wash it off when it starts drying. This will add freshness to your face.
4. Mix rose water, lemon juice and glycerin in a bottle and refrigerate. Apply this mixture with cotton. This will reduce the excessive oil and will add freshness to your skin. Make fresh mixture after a week.
5. Banana and egg white masks are also good for dry skin.
